Why do people come to work and use the employee bathroom to shave and brush their teeth?

They could be worried about getting to work on time. However, if they are clocked in, they shouldn't be using company time to shave and brush teeth.Why do people come to work and use the employee bathroom to shave and brush their teeth?
Maybe they figure being late is worse than having to use a public bathroom to finish grooming. Unless they're leaving a mess or shirking their work responsibilities, I'd leave them alone. A lot of people brush their teeth between meals at work anyway. The shaving issue is more an issue of whether or not they leave their whiskers all over.
Shaving is a bit weird,never heard of that.But what's wrong with brushing your teeth after lunch?Would you rather be subjected to bad breath?
I've seen friends doing this at school, too. Maybe they're proving that they have a true care for their health and grooming. ;)
Maybe there is not enough time to do this at home in their own bathrooms.
