Can you use a hair brush for a body brush?

I'm just wondering. if you can use a regular hair brush (new)

The bristles aren't the same, there for you might as well be running your fingers over your skin. but maybe you could use a tooth brush :DCan you use a hair brush for a body brush?
I guess you could as long as it was like, boar bristle or something similar. It might be a bit rough though. The best thing to use other than a real one is just a dry loofa or a dry back scrubber, like the kind you use in the shower.
What? Unless you have a carpet of hair on your body, then I assume you are talking about using it in the shower? Ummmm I don't think that would work.
