Hair that is weak and thin, and my brush has almost as much as my head HELP?

I have long curly hair and it is thinning quickly. Every time I brush my hair, my hair brush is filled with broken hair. Is there anything that I can take to help with this? I am only 22 and do not want to be bald by the time I am thirty but at this rate it may happen.Hair that is weak and thin, and my brush has almost as much as my head HELP?
Ask your hair dresser, but what works for me is

I take Flax seed oil, and Vitamin D for supplements.

And once a week deep conditioning treatments on the hair itself.Hair that is weak and thin, and my brush has almost as much as my head HELP?
First I would limit how much you BRUSH your hair. Try a wide-tooth comb instead. Hair that is wet is very fragile and likely to break. I have naturally curly hair, too and my hair sheds a lot, also...but this is different than thinning.

Try Nioxxin. Great line. It is great...I use it even though I do not have the thinning issue. Also, try taking VITAMINS to strengthen your hair. Prenatal vitamins did wonders for my hair when I was pregnant and even now take them occasionally.

Hope this helps.
Are you taking any medication that may be causing this hair loss. Start with a deep conditioning treatment every 4-6 weeks
there are a lot of shampoos out there that you can use to make your hair stronger if breakage is the problem.

there's one from Pantene that's called breakage defencethat is really good

here's a link

if your hair just falls off your head without braking, don't panic!

we lose an average of 100-150 hairs a day
You need a professional hairstylist to help you. Since you said it is thinning quickly, I think you need help quickly. I could tell you to use apogee but you need someone who is a professional to steer you in the right direction. Consult one quickly.
Head massages are meant to stimlilate hair growth and make it stronger.

Also as a cheap hot oil treatment heating olive oil and applying to hair and leaving for about 30 mins- an hour will moisturuise hair.

But if you think you have hair loss instead of thinning then maybe you should go see a docter.
Go to the Doctor and act to have your thyroid checked. Just in case.
if you can go get a blood teat, make sure everything is o.k., and you can go to the health food store and get anestatol and vit b-6, my daughter had the stomach surgery, and started looseing her hair, I got that for her, and it really helped. I take silica get liquid, everyday, its for conective tissue and hair ande nails, its a little on the expensice sidem but its works great. go to your dr. first,
Silica vitamins helps repair hair and grow nails .. works for me
stop brushing it so much, then go to your doctor. You may have a medical condition which is causing this. Are you dieting? this can cause hair to fall out.
Try to find the resloved question about 'how do i make my hair stronger and thicker?' It should help =]

Good luck!
I reccomend going to the doctors and pay a visit to the hairdressers x
how often do you brush your hair? Sometimes too much brushing or even washing it daily can cause hair to fall. So if your washing your hair everyday, try cutting back to twice or three times a week and see what happens. If not, change your shampoo.
well look for thing like head and shloders.....at...places...
Nioxin has several different formulas for your problem. It is a really good product and worth the money. All of the guys at the gym were using it, i know a few girls who do as well.
it is normal to loose at least a 100 strands of hair a day, that usually is one palm full of hair. However, you most likely have damaged hair, thus i recommend getting a shampoo that is helpful in treating damaged hair, Dove Shampoo for damaged hair is a good choice, i also recommend reducing the amount of conditioner you use. High amounts of Conditioner is known to increase hair loss. it is recommended for people with thin hair to use simply a pea size amount. remember, shampoo is for the scalp and conditioner is for the ends of the hair. simply use a pea size of conditioner on the ends of your hair. i also recommend laying off heated hair treatments, such as the blowdryer, hair straightner, curling iron, etc. simply brush your hair once after you shower and let your hair air dry. also i recommend you reduce the number of times you wash your hair to 3 times a week, as this can weaken your hair also. furthermore, do not brush your hair more than once a day until you feel your hair has returned to its original quality. most importantly do not stress about it, stress can also cause hair loss. I hope this is helpful, belive me you have nothing to worry about, it happens to everyone.
balds are beutiful too.
Talk to the doctor, there is a prescription for that. I don't remember what it is called, but my mom used it about a year ago. She seemed to be pretty pleased with the results. She was in the same boat, well but in her 50's. Make sure you are getting your vitamins too. Good luck, and sorry I couldn't remember the name of it. I'll look online and get back to you if I find it.
