How to brush away your gums?

I have braces and it seems that my gums are getting very puffy how do I main tain them and make it go away? How to brush away your gums?
Your gums may be getting inflamed because you're not able to clean as well as before - when plaque builds up on your teeth, it can irritate your gums, causing swelling and bleeding.

Try brushing more often - say 3 times a day instead of 2. Make sure that when you're brushing, your brush isn't flat against your teeth - tilt it at a 45 degree angle, towards your gumline, to clean the part of the tooth that lies 2-3mm below the gum. You can also supplement your brushing with using mouthwash with an antibacterial action, eg Listerine.

Hope that helps! How to brush away your gums?
Usually puffy gums indicate inflammation which can be from infection. Do you floss at least once a day? If not, begin there. Flossing will help remove the plaque which contains bacteria that is irritating to the gums. And of course, brush thouroughly in the morn and at night. There is an ortho brush made just for people with braces to brush better around the brackets. Check out your local drug store for them!
they will get puffy, but after you get your braces off they should go away if not you will have to get surgery on your gums.
