I got some Crest Whitestrips and I've never used them before. I read over all the directions and it says not to brush my teeth immediately before using them but it says nothing about whether or not I should brush my teeth after using them. If I don't brush after taking the strips out than how long should I wait and would it be okay to at least rinse?Should I brush right after using Crest Whitestrips?
Don't brush ,but rinse well. wait at least 30 min to brush.Should I brush right after using Crest Whitestrips?
If you have leftover gel or whatever it is OK to brush.
