Know any alternatives to Clinique make-up brush cleaner?

I was just wondering if there is anything i can use to clean my make-up brushes that is cheaper than clinique make-up brush cleaner/cleanser.

You can use a gentle face wash to clean them, you don't need anything special. The directions are in the link

The best and cheapest by far is baby shampoo. Just like ones head there is oil on your face that is picked up onto your brushes. Wash them as much as it takes until the water runs clear. Let them dry completely. Good to go. This is an old Hollywood make up ladies trick
Soap and water,and rinsing well.
I use Johnson and Johnson Baby Shampoo or even just a glycerin soap, like the ones from Bath and Body works. I think any soap or shampoo would work fine.
i just use baby shampoo, sometimes regular shampoo too.





cause I mean its hair, shouldnt you just wash it with shampoo?
